Of the 5 different quotes we got for the project, Modern Renovations was by far the most attentive to detail and thorough; providing cad drawings and precise plans. We were very impressed. When we changed our minds about the pergola, and decided to add a staircase off of our deck instead, Victor was very accommodating and provided the same attention to detail with the new plan.
